Review the information management systems report and recommendations as presented to the agency leadership. Work with the agency leadership to determine which elements would benefit from an on-line presence.
Develop the necessary web forms and processes to implement the selected elements of the information management system, including an implementation plan and timeline. Review the recommendations with the agency leadership and determine which elements are to be implemented and when.
Work with the agency staff to integrate the new elements of the information management system into the current internet presence. If there is none, initiate the necessary process to secure the required internet services
